Olvídate del 16 de enero o "Blue Monday" como se le conoce al tercer lunes de enero, y del que se rumora que es el día más deprimente del año.

En su lugar, presta atención a tu estado de ánimo. Los cambios estacionales son comunes, especialmente entre las mujeres, y no deben ignorarse.
